Cognitive Restructuring
Our goal is to help clients work on identifying and positively altering assumptions and beliefs about their physical limitations by stating self-affirming statements before and after workouts. EBF aims to develop new positive muscle and cognitive memory while coaching clients to acknowledge, accept, and express gratitude regarding what their body has accomplished.

Motivational Interviewing
EBF’s goal is to help our clients find the internal motivation needed to acknowledge and resolve fitness behaviors & beliefs that contribute to ambivalent feelings and insecurities about their bodies, and fitness levels.

Mindfulness
At EBF we understand the importance of acknowledging what our client’s bodies and minds are internally experiencing as they engage in external healthy physical activities. By focusing on their feelings and thoughts rather than judging or criticizing the difficulties they may be experiencing, we’re able to honor and emphasize the positive gains they are making.
